walked in the store to apply,scheduled a interveiw when i turned in the app to sales associate.the interveiw was a group interveiw with 8 people.we had to chose our favorite item sold at bath and body works and we did a activity where we tryed to sell the product to the interveiwer*. my advise is to get to know the products and get firmiliar to the website!interveiwer was really impressed with a candidate that knew about recent new packaging** .i didnt participate in the selling the products activity and didnt speak as much as other candidates and got offererd a job

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
