I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Reynoldsburg, OH) in Nov 2016
Interview
It was fairly easy. I applied about a month earlier and received an email requesting to schedule a phone interview. Interview lasted about 20 minutes. She forwarded my info to the design team, and the next week I received an email saying I was not chosen and they'll keep my resume on file.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
-What got you into Graphic Design?
-What did you do at your current job (and asked other questions based on my answers)?
-Are you familiar with BBW?
Portfolio submission and review with application. Three callbacks including HR and hiring manager. Hiring manager was very distracted, seemed stressed. HR was vague about why there was an opening (why the other person left company).

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Montreal, QC) in Mar 2023
Interview
The process was long, but well worth the wait! I felt very comfortable and the interviewers put me at ease, even thought it was in French and English. Very professional and I was impressed!
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Reynoldsburg, OH) in Dec 2017
Interview
Two phone interviews, followed by on-site interviews with two Vice Presidents and Human Resources manager (back to back). Waiting between each interview took longer than expected (due to a lot of shifting within the company).
