The interview process was very disorganized and casual. I was taken to the back room by the store manager, and I was asked about my current role and the kinds of things I manage. The management team seems to take themselves very seriously when in fact the company seems to still be in its infancy. I was showed financial and sales reporting that looked like it was created with 15 year old software. They do not analyze sales per item or enhance their merchandising techniques based on the market. They also have no concern for shrink or safety.
