After a brief phone screening, I was invited to the office for an interview. Dean provided a lot of information about the job and asked me about my relevant experience. Then he asked me to read a short paragraph to gauge my comfort level. Even though the job posting showed both full and part time, they only want full time call center reps. There was no follow up afterwards (ghosted).

The entire interview process was relaxing and comfortable. Casual and open communication. Questions asked were mostly about background experience. Nothing to extreme. Overall a good interview process. Wish every interview was this comfortable and easy to get through!
