Traditional in-person interview with a phone invitation to interview and a call back several days later. The interview was a standard resume review with the manager who would ask “can you do the job and why” style questions.

Interviewed with four people, one being the head assistant auditor as well as the auditor herself. I was asked the very basic interview questions such as what is one of your weaknesses along with what experience do you have with Microsoft Excel.
