Was told to follow up if they didn't reach back out, but never responded to follow ups. This was following a warm-intro recruiter screen. Had to reschedule from the get-go about 3 times as the recruiter just did not show up the first two times.

The interview last 60 min. It start swith small talk chatting about your background and then 45-50 min working on a problem in coderpad together and last 5 minutes for you to answer questions.

After an HR interview did not get the feedback or any message back. The process is very poorly organised - even before the interview I received 2 times that I was rejected but later received a message from HR that it was a software issue. During the interview everything was good, but it still seemed like a soo fresh startup even with huge round of investments
