CV sent, first Skype interview successful, second Skype Interview not successful. The second interview was with the CEO. He was in Spain on an island and his internet connection was bad; we could not audio/video communicate at all. He calls me on my mobile phone. Connection is still bad. He asks me if I can legally work in Germany. My CV clearly shows that I am a EU citizen. It is at the top right under my name. He didn't read the thing at all.
