Interview
The interview was very laid-back and not stressful at all. The basic questions as always availability. Do you have reliable transportation. Do you have any upcoming commitments. Can you work 30 or more hours a week. How much experience in fine dining do you have. Most everything was straightforward basic questions. sitting at a table across from the front of house manager and owner.

There again were no real surprises there was just one interview with one of the owners. You find out then and there weather or not your hired.
