The first interview which was by phone, I was asked a series of competency based questions such as 'Could I give a time where I have had to lead a team and give an example' and 'Could I think of a time where I have had to use my initiative and give an example'. From there, the next stage is the Assessment Centre, and on this day, I had to complete a role play exercise with an actor acting as a volatile customer with a complaint and handle it, another interview with similar questions to the phone interview, and give a presentation based around a site plan. At the final interview at the divisional HQ, I was asked more questions related to how I would handle specific construction issues on site, construction processes and how would I take on a task. Overall the process is exciting and the people are all great.
