The overall interview process was thorough, consisting of around 5 stages from submission of my CV and cover letter to the final interview. Throughout the process, particularly during the final stages, the team at Barratts offered huge support and kept me well informed, ensuring I felt settled and well prepared - it was evident the team wanted you to do the very best you could! Communication throughout was great and the team were very friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the rather daunting process.

The recruitment process was made up of 4 parts, with 2 interviews - one online competency interview and another in the head office where the role is based. The competency interview is challenging, but the team are very encouraging and make you feel comfortable throughout.
