OA - Video Interview - Telephone Interview - AC (1x Interview, 4x exercises) Video/Telephone were all motivational type questions (eg why BW and why the role, what qualifications & why the location) AC- Interview was motivational and competencies like why the role, when you worked in a team, when you had multiple deadlines etc Other exercises consisted of an individual case study that test your knowledge with the case they give you in advance. Written exercise tests how you professionally write an email. Presentation on a topic of your choice to explain a complex topic. Group case study is also given in advance and is a typical consulting case.

Online assessment (video interview) if you pass then you get a Teams interview. The final stage is an Assessment day, where there is an in person interview, group task, presentation on any topic of your choice and a case study.
