The interview process was very efficient and the recruiting team moved quickly in between rounds. After two phone interviews, I was brought on-site to meet with more members of the team. I liked the ability to meet and interview with many people when I came on-site ranging from other consultants to the VP of Operations. It was a good view into the culture to be able to meet people all up and down the ladder.

Das erste HR Interview lief ~60min, Gegenüber wirkte kompetent, Umgang erschien mir sehr fair, anschließend dauerte die Rückmeldung ein bisschen lange, zu weiteren Runden kam es nicht weil Angebot bei einem Marktbegleiter angenommen wurde

Interview
The interview process was straightforward. I applied online and the recruiting coordinator reached out within 2 weeks. I spoke with the recruiting director over the phone to review my background and qualifications. After that there was a behavioral interview over the phone with a manager. The on-site interview was about 3 hours and consisted of several behavioral interviews with different folks as well as a presentation on a previous project. I was told about the presentation in advance which allowed me time to prepare. The recruiting team was very helpful throughout the process.
