Bark Mulch Depot interview questions

The interview was a very informal, straightforward process and it was easy to answer (most) questions. The owner seemed to want a very specific type of individual, which did not fit my personality or goals. I did not agree with the company's work schedule because it conflicted with my work-life balance. I received an offer but felt like the company wasn't a good fit for me.
