Just a technical interview and then final interview no test and no other steps in between. Seems like really non serious informal way. I dont know what to write more about it. Just below average approach.

Interview
First they took written test which included OOP, DBMS, and SDLC questions. PLus some programming questions.
Later they call for technical interview they ask skilled questions. Some concepts were not revised as we majorly work on Python and they wanted someone who has strong knowledge of oop langyages like Java, C# etc
