There were 3 rounds of interview and an assignment. Less technical, more behavioral in terms of background and role fit. Cultural fit is tested along with basic excel and powerpoint knowledge.

First of an online assesment. a lot of puzzles that was hard to justify and some quite interesting ones. A lot of personal questions that felt aimed at the most robotic and "lack of character" people. Second of a hirevue. Very generic and unspecified questions in a hirevue, hard to excel or be unik or go into deeper.
internship was an accelerated recruitment process during covid, initial round with HR followed by two superday interviews with alum that were 30-45 minutes each both majorly behavioral and focused on fit
