Interview
The interview process consisted of two rounds -
1. First Round - Depends on the interviewer. I was asked to explain my projects and also implement them by writing the codes.
2. HR Round - Did not qualify for this round, but basic questions related to resume and company policies were asked.Also be well prepared with the companies motto of RISES .

Was asked to write the code for my projects on paper.
Indetail interview process with appropriate focus on all concept of programming and analysis.
Round-1 with project based evaluation and technologies and tool used for requirement gathering.
Round-2 The continuation with first and certain technically fluent challenging question
Initial CGPA based screening.
Three rounds in total post that.
First eliminatory round consisted of DSA and sql round for screening.
Difficulty Leet Code Medium.Strings question.
Pen paper DSA in person. Leet Code Easy. A sorting variant.
HR or behavioural round.
Final verdict: Selected
I arrived at the Barclays Munich office on Leopoldstraße. A friendly recruiter named Katharina welcomed me. We discussed Java microservices, Kubernetes deployments, and team culture. The atmosphere felt professional yet relaxed. Overall, a positive experience.
