3. Third round (Superday): 3 back-to-back behavioral rounds with trader
4. Fourth round (Additional Interview round): another round of behavioral questions with a trader

Assessment test then super day . Super day is 2 back to back 30 mins interview with a VP and a Director. Very behavioral and conversational. A great experience interviewing at Barclays
