Barclays has 2 days campus placement process
There were three rounds of interview
Round1:
The first round consisted of aptitude test divided into two sections.
Aptitude test - Mid level quants,verbal and logic
Coding test- Two questions ,one has to code logic.
Round2:
Group Discussion: An topic would be given on which u have to discuss.Technology was the main concern.
Round3:
Technical + HR:Technical interview was based on the basic concept of all subjects from operating system to networking.
The HR interview at Barclays is a bit different. It’s termed as the Stress Interview. It is like a rapid fire round of 45 minutes, where you are bombarded with many situational questions. Provide as many examples from your life as you can, which are relevant to the question.

which sdlc model was used during your project development and why?
Started with an HR screening followed by two rounds of interviews with the hiring manager, offer rolled out within 2 weeks of the interview. Positive feedback overall, interview questions maybe analytical in nature.
Amazing, 5 rounds in German language.
Very smooth, quick back to back rounds, and results are quick
HR round, then a Technical round, Then a asseesment round where excel data had to be analysed, then a team fit round, then a director fit round, overall a standard process for any Bank

Simple behaviour, not much technical

The process is not quick, around 1-2 weeks / round, but it is pleasant and the people there are being nice
