Super day after a minority recruiting externship. 4 interviews. Not very technical. A lot of behavioral questions. Some basic bond math and bond trends. Asked about the news and how it impacted Public Finance. Need to know 100 percent what public finance is and how it works. Pretty technical about this. Knowing some cool public finance trends and deals was a big plus.

Attended Diversity & Minority Bootcamp, mostly for women and people of color. Applied online and the event consisted of one day of workshops, interview prep, and "get to know Barclays" exercises and activities as well as one day of four interviews. The Bootcamp had offerings for Public Finance, Sales and Trading, Investment Banking, and Equity Research.
