I filled an online application on their website and I also emailed my resume to the HR, I don't really know which way is the one that got me through! 2 weeks after my application I received a call from a branch manager requesting an interview with me, it was weird for me because I'm used that the HR call and meet up with you first. Anyway the interview went very well, the branch manager was very friendly and honest and told me that the sales target is the most important thing, and he told me about my target and asked me if I would be able to achieve these numbers or not? and if I have relatives, friends, old client base from my previous jobs that I can bring them as New to Bank? when I answered with yes to all of this he spent 2 minutes asking me about some banking software and some banking related questions and then he told me that he is very pleased with this interview and will report positively to the HR. Couple of hours later the HR called me for an interview on the following day, I met a recruitment specialist and Premier banking head of deprt. Basically it was the same as my first interview, all about the target and what if we decided to raise the target and what are your tools.. Then I was called for a 3rd interview with the HR and they gave me an official offer.
