Very simple interview process. Toured the sales floor. Interviewed by managers, owner, and stylist I would be helping. Very kind staff. Timely responses. Did have to travel to Little Rock for interview. Unsure if zoom or phone call would have been offered.

Quiet, a little intimidating. Met with 3 different people to discuss goals and the role being offered. The store itself if quiet with many staff members which made it intimidating to enter into the meeting
