BaptistCare interview questions

This organization now calls themselves Carinity. Having taken a day off work to attend an interview I would have at least expected some kind of feedback. Poor form. Their HR team needs to learn some common decency. I only get 20 days leave a year and one of them was completely wasted here. After an entire interview I still couldn’t get what the job was about either. Unprofessional and I wouldn’t waste my time with this lot again.

Phone interview followed by a face-to-face interview. Everyone was very nice and professional, seems like a good place to work. Despite not getting the offer the only negative was I had to call and email to find out that I had not been successful.
