1st round was brought in for a panel interview, when I was expecting a 1 on 1. I was asked about improvements i would recommend with little context to the situations.
Very thorough and efficient, overall positive experience. Units at hiring day were very friendly and welcoming throughout the interview. I would recommend interviewing here if you are looking for a positive first experience for your first registered nurse job interview out of school, and see all that Baptist has to offer as a New Grad Nurse.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Baptist Health (Florida) (Jacksonville, FL) in Apr 2025
Interview
One initial Phone screen with a recruiter, a zoom call with HR Manager then the next call was with the HR Manager from another location with the HR Director. Once they made their decision I was contacted immediately. Very easy process and very communicative.
