I was then invited for a peer interview with a group of 5 peer-level employees that I would be working closely with on a daily basis ("monitored" by HR Manager), using pre-selected behavior-based interview questions. Immediately after that second interview, I was asked to wait for about 15 minutes while the group deliberated/ calculated their recommendation; the group unanimously recommended that I interview with the CEO, who was available within the next ten minutes.
