One of the questions: what is the tech stack that you're most familiar with?
One penal discussion with several members of the team.
One of the questions: how do you handle ambiguity at work?
Describe the Interview Process: The first phone interview was a simple introduction to the company and general specific questions. The second behavioral interview was a bunch of Googled Interview questions like "Describe a time your company changed something and how you dealt with it".
The main con is I never received a call back telling me either way. It was just no contact after the second interview. Something I wouldn't expect from a smaller company.
