Interview
They take you into a conference room and throw numbers at you that are nowhere near reality. You will hear about inflated first year salaries and retention rates, if you stick long enough to go to a quarterly meeting you will see that the office only has about a 10% employee retention rate and that is one of the highest in the country!
The first interview is a group interview. There is no base salary. Your pay is 100% commission based. You will also be required to go door to door at least 2 times per week.

It was terrible, they gave up on me before I could even be a part of their team. The interviewer was late and I was held accountable for missing the interview.

Mass presentation that shows the company in full to see if you're interested. Great presentation. I chose not to advance for second interview. They seem like a great company with great benefits. I was very impressed with the presentation
