Introduced via Cord, it was a series of three calls, first with the team I'd be working with and then with seniors and with management. Each was quite conversational rather than formally testing, very interested in cultural/personal fit, much moreso than tripping me up with techy questions

Mostly asking about ways of working and preferences, a bit on technical preferences and whatnot. They described the current set-up and asked what I thought my first priorities would be, and how I'd get to their planned better state.
