BankFinancial interview questions

Interview process was not good and they do not respond, very unprofessional. Questions were rather basic, the primary issue is was the unprofessional Ian and lack of communication. They did a phone interview and then an in person interview. Then be prepared for complete silence. If you don’t want to extend an offer just send a rejection email. It’s incredibly rude to just ignore people.
