It was fine. Interview is not very much difficult. Only asks common interview questions and verify everything about your resume. Interviewer is also accommodating, rather than intimidating. Overall, it was a good interview experience.

Interview
Arrived quite late from the initial schedule given so in result, we we're rescheduled on the afternoon batch for the assessment. Upon arrival, we we're called immediately after filling up a form for an initial interview. After passing, we are called to proceed to take the assessment. We took three sets of assessments such as logic, behavioral and accounting (required if you are a graduate of accountancy or any business-related course). After passing the assessment, we are called for a round table meeting whereas employers gave clear instructions of what to expect or do next. We were immediately endorsed for a medical exam with their provided clinic near the recruitment center.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Banco De Oro in May 2025
Interview
HR will ask if you’re okay working on holidays, weekends, and shifting schedules—just basic questions about availability and preferences. After that, you’ll go through assessments like an essay and an accounting exam. They might also check your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and how you handle work-related scenarios. It’s a mix of practical and written tests to see if you’re fit for the role.
