Interview
It was a great interview experience. The technical questions were easy and at most moderate difficulty. Everyone that I met with was very kind and genuine. I would be happy to interview with BambooHR again in the future. I made it to the final, onsite interview stage, but ended up taking a different offer with better compensation. The only negative of the experience was that the recruiter didn't respond to any of my questions over email (over about two weeks and multiple emails) once I made it to the final stage.

Question 1
There questions revolve around conflict management and their core values. Not difficult, but they do want to see good conflict management process. I believe there was a technical question about stored procedures and their pros/cons.
