Conversation, polite and friendly managers were open to discussing resume, there were no formal interview questions. Discussed background check process and jobs description thoroughly. I enjoyed the conversation, but was a little discouraged by the complexity of background checks in Nevada. Seemed like there are many barriers to employment processing.

Two people interviewed the candidate. There was an exchange of questions between candidate to interviewer and interviewer to candidate. Interviewers seemed a bit unsure of what they were looking for or which was the best direction for process.

Interview
Online application was submitted. Email was sent for offer to interview. Docs were requested prior to interview. Interview took place at the office. Two supervisor reps sat in on the interview. Call back took place a few days after the interview with result of interview. We mutually agreed the position was not best fit.
