initial communications with the company was by personal contact with the hospital organization, walked up into the hospital and asked to see the Manager/Medical Director. Fortunately, there was need for a medical officer or intern as at that time, so i had my interview immediately, was given the terms for employment and time to consider the terms, came back after 2 weeks to take the job.
