Interview conducted by retiring Regional manager and his replacent.Very unprofessional conducted questions very negative and personal on my character and not forthe position advertised.I have never had an interview like that.The retiring manager made the process personal and should have not taken part as he was biased towards not hiring me.

Asked why I slagged them off when working for their main competitor

Why asking if there was any reservations with me doing the job was a question I should ask as he thought it was unprofessional and not to be asked in an interview.
Had two interviews first was casual chat with manager and Operations director second was a tour of the plant then a presentation and a chat with the groups HR manager on the phone, overall not very technical more of a getting to know each other type experience
