Baldwin County Public Schools interview questions

Very relaxed and conversational. The director met with me and asked for my experience & job history. Then mostly shared with me the responsibilities of the job and what I should expect.

The interview process was very easy going and insightful. They were able to explain the work experience, which grade I would possibly be in, and the requirements. It was very clear that they were choosy when it came to positions, but it is good to be aware.
