Interview

I have been through the first of two interviews. It was mainly a chat about my resume and there was one or two planned questions they asked. Both the guys I interviewed with were very kind. I have yet to hear back about the second interview, which will be technical, but I am hopeful as I think I did pretty well.

They asked me what was my greatest challenge that I had to overcome during a coding project. This is a common question that is asked to highlight how you deal with challenges, how you overcome, how you found success... This question is very standard so it should be prepared for in any interview.

Had a number of informal interviews over lunch, followed by a formal interview with several other people in the same role. Interviews stalled out for about 4 months before I received a final interview and got hired.

Interview

The first interview was with Software Architect and team lead. The second was with the manager, then UI/UX Team, then the UI team, then with executives. Although I reached till manager interview.
