Apply through App Pro, then wait for follow up prescreen phone interview. Then face to face, 3 if you are going for management. For director level there is a presentation requirement and the ability to teach or sell a program. Recommend having a stock difficult topic to present,

Very general for prescreen for verification of application. Director position is very free flowing and covers learning and history. Some applied behavioral questions.
