Interview process was a bit tedious , I was unable to gauge the workload but I assuming it is extreme workloads after inquiring about the daily efforts and current bottlenecks.

I received a pre-interview questionnaire by email with limited time to respond. After submitting my answers, I was invited to a panel interview with three team members. The panel was professional, friendly, and focused on behavioral and situational questions related to teamwork and communication and program experience. The overall process was well organized and transparent.
