The interview process is straightforward - you go into their corporate office, and they'll conduct an interview, and in my case - they got back to me fairly quickly. I knew I was selected in under 14 days.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Baked by Melissa (New York, NY)
Interview
Met with several managers. Long waits in between managers. Loud open office space. Friendly staff. I definitely felt like I didn't fit in as soon as I arrived. Seemed like a very low energy aura.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Baked by Melissa (New York, NY) in Jul 2023
Interview
Initial screening interview with an HR rep, then I met with the Chief Strategy Officer, and then lastly I met with the Sr. Director of Digital Marketing & E-commerce. All interviews were conducted via Zoom.
Was entirely ghosted after the 3 rounds of interviews. One of them was on a day's notice despite giving plenty of other availability when they asked; I had to take it at the airport, which I had told them would happen but they didn't seem to care. I thought all were nice people, but the Sr. Director of Digital Marketing & E-commerce was a bit of a stiff. Overall, probably best I wasn't extended an offer but incredibly rude to not communicate at all after several rounds of interviews and emails and scheduling.
