2 face to face interview rounds were conducted. they asked basic questions such as tell me about your self, why bajaj capital are you inclined towards sales ? how to generate leads? tell me about your internship? and basic general knowledge questions

Interview
Interview rounds took around 2 days . The process was simple as first round is HR than second round happend with sales manager. The whole process was simple but the culture and environment was not upto the mark. The branches were being offered to you at different locations after selection.
