First, the recruiter talked about the company and the position, and then asked if it made sense to me. I said yes, and we continued. The interview included a section with small exercises using pen and paper, as well as situational tests. In addition, I talked about my academic and professional experiences. Finally, the recruiter opened a Q&A session. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
