I applied online, then was sent a sova online assessment, mainly focused on logic and numerical reasoning. After the assessment I had three video-interviews, one with HR and 2 technical ones, one focused on a business case and the other one on a market sizing problem,
two rounds of case interviews, candidate-led, tackling a real client problem through a structured, hypothesis-driven framework. need to balance analytical rigor with a collaborative, team-oriented approach, focusing on delivering clear, actionable, and insightful recommendations
It was a straightforward process with two 30-minute interviews. It started with introductions and then the cases; you can have some time at the end for questions. The interviewers are helpful so you can ask clarifying questions.
Assesments sur TestGorilla (32 minutes). 2 rounds de 2 interviews. Premier round avec des associates ou bien des serniors. 2ème rounds avec des seniors et des partners. Interviws avec une partie fit et une partie Case.
