Bain provided a VoIP set-up through which the interview was conducted with a Bain office in another country. This generally worked well although some slight lag made for some awkward pauses. Two case interviews, one in English, one in the local langauge. Interviewers nice enough although I personally am not convinced by case interviews as a test of potential.
i had an interview with Bain after completing my online assessment. They gave me 4 days to prepare for the two case and 1 behavioral interviews in the first round. Is this normal?
Typical consulting cases with 5 minutes of behavioral in the beginning. Two separate interviewers for the first round; math questions were not hard and mostly focused on market sizing. Good luck!
case studies and guesstimates followed up by resume questions. first it started with an aptitude test which was hard and then the short listing for interviews. we had 2 interviews per person
