I obtained my interview with Bain through an employment agency. I met with 2 people - the HR Coordinator and Administrative Supervisor. The whole interview process took about 45 minutes. They asked me standard interview questions, which were repetitive at times. Both of the people I met with were very friendly and polite.

Interview
The interview was a friendly and supportive experience. The interviewers made me feel comfortable, asked insightful questions, and provided encouragement throughout. It felt like a genuine conversation rather than a formal assessment.
Process started with screening, then Human Resources questionnaire with scenarios, then they called my references. Once all that was completed they went on to two 30 minute interviews. Process was quick.
DO NOT waste your time for FWRD@Bain. They give you a run around regarding the hiring process. 2 Phone, 1 In-person and then NOTHING! Zero communication and it seems to be the norm for this place. I will be calling Bain HR and letting them know what this "affiliated" company is doing for HR practices
