The interview process is very well organized as you would expect with this kind of company. There are 3 rounds of interviews, 2 interviews per round. Contrarily to McKinsey they can sometimes make an arrangement so that you don't necessarily have to go at the office on a friday.
I found the cases easier than at McKinsey. Revising basic business and proft frameworks was more helpful as they perfectly applied.
The cases are rather interviewee led type of cases although I got interupted to analyse some figures for the "math" questions.

Stattdessen Reaktionsfragen à la „Wie würdest du in Situation XYZ reagieren?". Mit solider Vorbereitung nichts Unerwartetes. Alle Interviewer sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen — angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre throughout.
2 rounds of 3 interviews.
The first round includes a fit interview.
All interviews feel very relaxed, but they still expect you to move through the case fast and in a structured way.
