The interview process was straight forward. It was an all-morning experience, complete with setting up a car seat and a sales scenario. It ended with meeting with the store manager where they asked questions to see if you were a good fit for the store.

Excellent interview, friendly, kind, timely, honest and open to answering questions. The person at interview was kind and knowledge about the company and the store itself. Felt very comfortable being there.
Casual standard process of getting to know you and asking about previous employment if you have any. If not volunteer work is acceptable. The whold process takes about 30mins or less.
