It was a formal interview with the store manager and included the usual and expected interview questions about work experience, skills and schedule availability. The manager was very easy to talk to and was prepared for the interview. He had already reviewed my entire application and was professional.

It was a group interview, where you had to create a toy with a team and try to sell it to the manager. I was incredibly shy, and I didn't know this was what I was walking into so I didn't get the job.

he asked me basic questions about my life and social life. What school do I go to, what do i want to do in the future, what are my hobbies, etc. He then asked me what I would like to get out of this job. IT only took about 8 minutes
