It was a kind of mixed interview focused more on projects and thinking skills . DSA questions were moderate level. They asked some out of the box questions outside resume and checked the ability to handle pressure.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BT Group (Bellandur) in Sep 2023

They gave first the coding test and then after they shortlisted my profile and called for Interview, where they set another coding test and later an interview,which is just an basics of programming.
