3 Stages - all with the same chap - good experience, not too much pressure.
- Qualification via phone - 30 minute call, simple questions about job history and experience.
- Face to face presentation - a relevant topic to the job you are applying for.
- Face to face interview - relaxed 1-1 in a meeting room at BT Centre, low pressure simple questions.
The whole process is organised by BT recruitment, they were really helpful throughout. I think each hiring manager runs things his/her way.
