Interview
There were three interviews in total. The first interview was a face-to-face discussion with the external agency as the role is a 12 months contract. Agency performed the first screening to review my skills and experience if it matches the open position.
The second interview was an on-site sit-down discussion with the BT Global Head to review in detail my experiences and skills are fit for the role. The third interview was over the phone with the Director to assess my personality and if I have the relevant soft skills for the position.
