Online assessments, telephone interview then assessment day. The assessment day went well, was worried after the One to one interview but they made you feel very welcome and settled. Watched a short video, sat in on a few calls, then a grout activity putting problems in order, there was no wrong or right answer for this. Get email day after offering me the job

BT has a three round virtual interview which consists of HR round, Assessment and Ops round It is generally based on communication skills. They will not judge you on process as you have to go through the training program anyway.
